You mean in the Dracula/Apocalypse story? In that story Apoc was weakened because he was awakened a few centuries short.

Besides he might have been awoken early but getting pierced by bat fangs is a piss-poor durability feat. Sure that comic pissed all over Apocalypse but when things like that happen I can't see him surviving a few WW level punches.

Apocalypse becomes the size of a building...too big for the lasso.
Makes himself hard as Adamantium... beats her strength.
Wraps around her and Telekinetically holds her with Celestrial tech.
Then buzzsaws her with hundreds of little adamantium sharp blades.

The lasso gets as big as Diana needs it to be, and only has to touch someone to work. Doesn't need to wrap around you. Although after coming into contact it's been shown to wrap around on its own.

He gets hard, she uses the lasso or tiara for the easy pwn.

He won't catch her to wrap around her...

I don't see him tk-ing her before she blitzes him down at round start. Even if he snares her I don't think he's going to hold her for long.

He has teleportation. Stop hating on the guy.
He kills any mid herald-low high herald character with ease.

Apoc can simply PULL the lasso which has been done many times(by queen of fables, genocide) etc.
