Diana's still physically more powerful/fast, but having the motherbox really gives IronMan major versatility advantages he normally doesn't have; I'd say a split, with WW's wins being due to speed attack/avoidance, and IM's wins from the versatile nature of what he might be able to implement.
I don't think that's going to make up for a very significant power difference. She's still going to absolutely wreck him in melee, and she still has a major speed advantage (even if he can track it better than normal, he still moves at his standard rate).

When the Avengers get back together Stark is going to have access to Pym Particles and the Infinite MAnsion. With the abilty to electrify a 1 mile radias with satelites will give him the abilty to do something to her.
What?
I'm not exactly sure what you just said, but I am entirely sure he didn't have that stuff in JLA/Avengers.
(If it's something about blasting her with satellites, then simple answer: Bracer block, fly up to orbit while blocking, wreck satellites)

He used it in Illuminati against a super skrull with all of there abilities and it messed it up. If Wonderwoman withstood such a blast to fly up and destroy said satellite then Ironman will put in effect some of his partners technology.

Its an offshot but Ironman is a master of escaping with his life and most of the time overwhelming his oponent with an ace up his sleeve.
Recently Hank Pym was bestowed with the mantle Scientist Supreme by Eternity during that conversation Eternity stated that Tony is the Enginer and Reed The Explorer.
Ironman outsmarted Sentry Im sure he can pull something out for this once Siege is over.
But to defeat her .....no

Tony. As was shown in JLA/Avengers, not even the FLASH could get past Iron man. The MB will also repair whatever damages Tony has with his armor and even create weapons and give him advice and help in battle.
Note, Flash did not face him head on. The Motherbox gave him the information needed to ambush Flash and take him by surprise. It was a shot from ambush, hardly a sign of how they'd do in a direct fight.
Nor did it give him improved weapons. Motherboxes rarely assist offense. Though his power source is probably moderately enhanced.
Self-repair capabilities won't help out/aren't fast enough with the kind of damage Wondy can do- once it gets into hand to hand, it's pretty much over 🙂
She can still block what he throws at her with her bracers then dismantle him in melee.

True, but the MB letting Tony spot the Flash was pretty impressive. Some of the things the MB has done:
Heal
Time Travel
Magnetic control
Phasing Shadow cat style
Invisibility
tracking opponents from across the universe and other dimensions
Shape shifting
Advice in battle
Creation of weapons
calming attitudes
telepathy
Transmutation
Weather control
IM with a MB is almost as effect as him with a GL ring. and mind you you with a MB his armors Speed and ETC is all enhanced and can evolve his armor to what ever level he wants. i can see him being able to keep his distance from Diana will blasting her from a distance. Shit he can just teleport somewhere safe and just throw his attacks through boomtubes.
Wow, people have really high opinions of motherboxes.

Note, most of those are on it's own initiative. Each person's mother box tends to focus on different areas (Scott's helps him calculate escapes, Orion's contains his anger. Hunter/Prey Superman got weapons and some protection), and it's not like a computer where you can just access those functions except for the advice/calculating ones. They also tend to focus on one thing at a time- in JLA, a situation came up where Orion's couldn't both quell his rage and shield him from telepathy at once, for example.
With Tony, it seemed to be focusing mostly on battle calculation, and between that and upgrading his armor, it's unlikely to do any of the rest, or at least not very much.
Mindset
Didn't motherbox assist Supes offense, or did I make that up?
It gave him weapons (which weren't particularly uber), a protective outfit, and served as a healbot and boomtube generator to help him track Doomsday mostly.
So yea, it boosted him, but it was a pretty small boost, especially in offense.

In short: No. Even when MBs enhance tech, they don't do it that much, they mostly enhance existing functions, and it obviously wasn't in JLA/Avengers.
While Motherboxes are incredibly versatile items items, they are also intelligent things that act on their own violation, mainly protecting their user, and it isn't going to transform the Iron Man armor into some uber-death suit.
It'll act on it's own initiative on what it'll provide for help, and we saw what it did in the crossover, which is perfectly in line with how Motherboxes normally perform.
Shit he can just teleport somewhere safe and just throw his attacks through boomtubes.
Boomtubes are two-way, she goes through and messes him up in melee.

Not really. Orion's MB has pretty much done all of that. When I wrote the list, I was talking mostly of Orion. Scott has done most of those as well.
In JLA Another Nail, Barda's Mother Box contained Scott's soul. MB's can do anything the user wants.
