I'd personally have no problem with Loki being drafted with the dagger and Norn Stones as he's used both enough to be valid.

Loki's got a good 10 appearances or so with his sword/dagger. Even more with the Norn Stones. Not to mention that I'm drafting him WITH said gear here, like Smurph said it shouldn't matter whether or not it's standard equipment.

1. Photon isn't above HH, and he's being used in this tournament.
2. A lot of Zemo's impressive feats will be moot anyway, since time manipulation and teleporation are both banned tactics.
