I dont hate Storm, I love the character but she is a physical fighting character and nothing physical works on bobby.
He is above her at EVERYTHING and can kill her instantly if he wants.

She might can flood the area (which wouldnt do anything to bobby but amp him) but the temperature thing that you are saying, wont happen because it never happened on panel.
Thats like me saying bobby would sh** out some ice form hulks that would jump up there and break storms neck.
