Windu took out Sidious faster than Yoda did when Sidious was in worse shape. Although that might have been because he was on a narrow senate pod where it would be harder for Yoda to outmaneuver him. But I'm pretty sure Windu was better than Yoda.

Windu was unusually amped by Vaapad. Without the amp he would of gotten speed blitzed like the other three masters.
