Not Holocaust or Abyss or Sugar Man or Dark Beast or Shadow King. They were all loyal. On the contrary, Apocalypse is the one who is known to betray.

Apocalypse did not do much of the fighting anyway. He made others do it for him. As a matter of fact, he only fought twice in the entire AOA.

Apocalypse doesn't have reality manipulation. And his matter manipulation and telekinesis are crap compared to hers. Half the time in his appearances he's amped by an external device and the "feats" still suck.

And she's a reasonable telepath, while he has next to no telepathic showings.

Her physical stats can be amped, if need be for close quarters combat.

She's functionally immortal by virtue of being an Eternal and can regenerate from being atomized. Her base durability is high and she's managed to shield the Avengers from a universal annihilation.

Sersi is everything Apocalypse wishes he was. She stomps.

Sersi gets stomped like Ikaris.

The Apocalypse for the very easy win.
