Finally some one realizes the void is out which is why he looked so crazy afterhe killed Ares. Sentry may have better control but It doesn't seem like its made a difference. Better control was original hellion and hellion now a days, Havok at first, and havok now a days, vulcan and etc. Sentry didn't have much to control unless he meant his strength. I think he's at full power all he is doing now a days is just gaining powers,
laser vision
molecular control
teleportation
bring the dead back
energy blasts
energy shields
telepathy
and more to come. He is just gaining powers rather then gaining control.

I've read every issue with him in it. From what I've seen he is more overrated than powerful. In Darkavengers he was more listen to Norman then confident, although he did think he could take on any threat yes, but it didn't seem to do much good against, Blue Marvel, Morgan le fay, Molecular man(first time around, second time caught molecular off guard), and Absorbing man with the cube powers.

apparently by gaining better control he enhanced his already existing powers as well. I mean I don't think WWH Sentry could do that to Ares etc

WWH Senrty would have been able to beat Ares, just not the same way. He didn't even really take into account the beating his face was taking meaning if Areas didn't have his weapon he would have been f%^ked no matter what Sentry were speaking off.

well in addition I don't see current sentry getting bruised like he did in wwh. if an axe in the torso can be heald in less than a few secs punches and blunt force wouldn't have major effects imo

He really didn't beat Blue Marvel. Blue Marvel got jumped then Sentry came in last trying to finish him off. He got knocked into space and looked pretty crippled in space then flew back and Blue Marvel was done by then. He didn't beat him unless getting knocked intospace is your idea of a win.
Seriously at his best Superman might take two hits to beat Sentry. Can you even name something Sentry can do that makes him a threat to Superman? Even Blue marvel is more of a threat.

Sentry was shaken for a moment and then beat him. He beat him in his own book introducing the character. That's awesome for the Sentry.
Punching his face or rearranging his molecular structure. If Supes hits him he voids out and reforms whatever damage he does. Nothing he can do.

doomsday wasn't instantly reforming my friend. If that was the case Supes couldn't have hurt him. Let's see the upcoming battle with thor and then we will have a better idea about Sentry
