Lets see he doesn't instantly heal unless its hit entire body as you can see when he was done with Ares he was still bleeding yelling. He ripped Ares who has been weakened so far by Marvel Daken could taken him if he wanted to, and he knows it.
How do you beat Sentry like WWH did. Sentry is overrated. He has been doing little simple feats but they have been put so high up there. Superman last year was holding up a ship the size of and entire city thats trillions of tons. Senrty couldn't even hold a hellcarrier till the help of Wonderman and Ms.Marvel and you think he can take on Superman? Superman can eat Sentrys hit and dodge them as well. Sentry can't do anything to him really besides that molecular thing which I'm sure Superman will have killed him by then.

I don't think he was bleeding when ares hit him and I think it is not valid to compare sentry to what he was in wwh. it is obvious that his powerset has changes now

He was bleeding you can see on his side where Ares had stabbed him yellow stuff leaking out. Sentry didn't show any signs of pain though I think. Also your right Senty wasn't holding back in WWH and still lost. When he fought Ares he looked pretty calm and won.

it is not a matter of cutting loose or not. his powerset is different now.

He knew how to control it back then and now. What difference was it between then and now besides the fact he only gained a power. If he really knew how to control his powers he would know how to bring the dead back to life but he still doesn't know how he brought his wife back. Either way bloodlust or not we've seen what he can do when he cuts loose he isn't stopping Superman.

The void took on Hulk to, and broke all his bones yes. Hulk isn't invulnerable so breaking all his bones is a feat but its not like you broke all of gladiators bones or something. Sentry said that he was cutting loose to through out the entire fight yeah he may have wanted to be put down, but he also cut loose and still depowered.

he didn't man...he just said in issue 12. he has better control now. maybe not total control but certainly better. plus the void is in control now.
if what you're saing is true Thor would have no problems to wipe the floor with him but I sense it is not going to happen...soon we will see Sentry's true power
