Spyro the Dragon for Hockey. He played Hockey against some really nasty people in one of his games, all by himself and won. He beat a team by himself.

I'm pretty sure I already added to Bowser, so I'll +1 Megaman and Samus.

I also vote shinon from fire emblem for archery along with robotnik for olympic creation.

Sonic is obvious choice for snowboarding.

Rides a slab of metal on concrete.

Sonic for snowboarding and footrace for the easy win.

Also, +1 for Kirby snowboarding. He can handle a star, I'm sure a board won't be much more difficult.

There are faster characters than Sonic.
