Which character has the biggest power disparity in terms of Comic vs KMC versions

I don't see how people are claiming Thor is overrated, myself. Aside from that jackass troll who always says as much, yet can never seem to cite said posts or threads where people claim Thor pwns Galactus or that RK Thor is above TOAA, I don't see it.

I will say that DC and Marvel company "loyalty" (and likewise always pulling for characters of said company in threads) is beyond overrated. I can't see how you can remain exclusive (or close minded) about one company and claim you know what the hell you're talking about when debating against a character you've not read about before (and no, respect threads do not count as "reading"😉.

Gday... I think it's not that Supes is underrated or Thor is overrated. The fights that involve these two do succumb to alot of biased fan love.
Alot of things have to be acknowledged.-
1. These characters don't exist in the same universe. So certain abilities that both can pull off on the other are can be shot down by a random scan.
2. Speed blitzing is a thread killer and alot of JLA characters are capable of it and ignore the fact that Marvel characters have dealt with high speed beings before and managed to grapple or hit them. In the DC/Marvel crossover Thor was able to hit Supes. Yet in this forum it's impossible? Hulk can't hit Diana? Bull!
3. Supes is as vunerable to magic and enchantments as any normal human would be vampires have pierced his flesh and spells work on him fine...with the exception of Superboy Prime. Then how come Diana or Thor couldn't just cut his head off?

in comics, he always struggles against the hulk. obviously marvel's intent is that a full rage hulk is actually more powerful than thor, despite their powersets.

but on KMC, people always give it to thor over hulk.

i dont care much for the superman thor thing going on here i just mention the fact that people are overrating him on those boars even with the fact he isnt that impresive in real comics

and with the crosover if anything then it proves that superman can one shot thor so its not the best example for you

hulk is very underrated here as i have noticed and if WWH have fought thor it would end the same way it ended with blackbolt ever the writers edmited that if thor had to fight WWH he would lose

i think Thor's beaten him like 6 of 8 times already...or maybe 5 of 7 or something like that...

Even before her speed upgrade, Cheetah was routinely shown to be as quick and agile as WW, sometimes faster. It doesn't hurt that she's a god champion (in a way) like WW, either

Thor is either underrated or overrated. Few rate him how i'd personally see him.
He's not going to be godblasting and timestopping everything and he does have a losing record on the hulk.

BUT

That still puts his brickitude only a notch below superman who he is more versatile than and he is one of few characters to have a winning record on surfer.

The way i see supes vs thor is:
supes has the better stats so its supes 6/10
thor has more versatility so it becomes split.
stats are more effectively used than absract powers so supes goes back up to 6/10.

oh and batman in everyway conceivable is ovverated.
Actually no, not as a detective. But his standard prep isnt that good and theres way more DCers who can hang with him than marvel's who could hang with cap.

In a comic fight, Thor fights down to Hulk's level, and it's obvious that he does. He resorts to brawling with him in close quarters combat instead of using his more exotic techniques such as high end weather manipulation, energy blasts, the Anti-Force, Godblast, etc. And even when he handicaps himself in a way, Thor holds his own against a Hulk, who by the very definition of his power set, is amping due to his anger. So, yeah, I'm lost as to how in a forum setting, fighting at optimal levels, Thor doesn't get a majority against Hulk. I'm not saying he instantly Godblasts or timestops, but at his higher levels of power, he's beyond Hulk.

I think the extremes of both ends cancel each other out in the end, though. Thus, I think he's rated about where he should be in the grand scheme of things.

True. I've seen dozens of people vote for Superman and essentially spam threads with "superman wins" or terrible equations such as "Superman >>>> Silver Surfer > Thor" as well as people openly admit to hating Superman for the simple fact of who he is.
