Doom but I wouldn't be surprised if Batman takes a few wins, especially if he can enlist the JLA's aid.

Banner only entered the fray once the Intel had managed to poison Doom. he even stated that The Leader was afraid to tackle Doom, head on, and instead had resorted to poisoning the Power Cosmic fuelled robot Hulk to eventually poison Doom.

Banner's tech has pawned Reed and a whole host of "World's smartest" types, ever since Banner stopped hidiing behind The Hulk.
