Batman's feats just doesn't compare with Doom's feats.

But to steal the power of godlikes being, to master time travel, and to be second in intelligence only Reed Richards, you have to be pretty damn smart.
Doom would rape Batman everyday and twice on sunday, as he have acces to tech so advance that Batman would probably fall on his ass, and we just haven't talked about magic yet.

Doom is the sort of people Batman is made to take out. Doom stealing godlike beings powers is really nothing worth in this fight. It's an insane criminal against someone who's used to that sort and knows how to outsmart them. The onnly Godlike Power Doom might want to steal would be the Batkick, and that ain't possible.

Doom has recently stolen technology from the Leader, Eternals, M.O.D.O.K., Wakanda, Atlantis and the rest of these guys on this pic

Isn't the Destroyer... uhm destroyed, and he can't power it on his own. So this is a moot point. Standard resources would be enough to create another Brother Eye or recruit the other one?
