No, Gary Stus are "perfect" characters with no real flaws in their character.

A prime example would be any main character from Twilight.

Twilight characters have a lot of flaws, but none were meant to be part of the story if that's what you mean.

1) OoT Link is clearly the taller of the two versions. It seems to me that TP Link has a longer torso and shorter legs, while it's the opposite for HoT.

2) The Master Sword is a Bastard Sword+. It can be used with one hand or two if desired.
