I'll note that Black Cat normally wears a costume that gives her powers. Without that Harley can put up a fight, otherwise it'd be a total stomp. Still, Felicia wins.

Of course in the past when BC had innate powers it'd also be a stomp (she once beat Sabertooth in hand to hand).

You're crazy if you think every good showing she has is PIS. I'll assume you aren't aware Harley is a metahuman physically enhanced by one Ivy's antidotes to her toxins.

Unlike Cat here, she's actually got a powerset.

In Countdown (#43-ish I think) Harley was brought to Themischyra by Athena (actually Granny Goodness in disguise) and spent tons of time training with Amazons. This was AFTER working for a while as an Amazonian shelter assistant.

They were both metas, but black cat might have lost the physical enhancements? I dont really follow the charcter

It's BC's equipment that gives her pseudo enhanced physical powers and assorted abilities.

Black Cat lost the inherent physical enhancements and got technological replacements. She's still just as skilled, though.

I'm pretty sure that's not a normal hammer Harls is swinging.
