Kains seen that before, also the reaver is a legend that Kain knows well. kain has experiance with souls as technically he is one and has first hand experiance of being one, and furthermore he can rip them free with magic, needless to say he knows all of its uses.

Nah, Kains knowledge of this particulour use of what he claims is a first hand use of what can actually see when he makes an action. how, why or when the triforce works is unkown to Ganon.
The triforce is ambigious and hes not actually claimed anything thats probably not obvious from shown quotes.
