STAR WARS: RETROSPECTION- The Cursed Swarm

The concern is more a means of dispensing said smoke/gas.

Pressurised containers?

Noland, the ship mechanic, thinks he could rig something up. The ship's fire extinguishers are all chemical sprayers.

"I could empty them out and refill them with gas," Noland says, mainly to himself as he starts figuring out how to go about making what you need.

When he is done, he has two gas dispensers ready for you! It will be Guns to operate them, and they have five uses each.

Excellent! Well, let's head out!

Will Iffa be taking one of the smokers? And does he want any of the Molotov cocktails?

Otherwise, you emerge from the ship and set out to find the Bollans! Trawley is bringing a scanner trying to detect sentient life, but it is proving to be uncooperative.

How do you want to do this?

I'll take some molotovs but leave the canisters to higher Guns scores.

Alright! Seth and Trawley take the smokers, and you split the Molotovs between you and them. You have three; it is a Dexterity roll to toss them, +3 dice with Push/Pull.

Aurel goes without; he is comfortable with his lightsaber (and has an abysmal Dexterity score).

They want to know how you intend to find the Bollans.

'dont you guys know where they are? Maybe there are some clues in the village.'

They aren't sure where the Bollans are; they thought they'd be in the village, but the village has been mostly destroyed. Still, searching for clues in there is a good idea!

A-searching we will go!

Okay!

The village was a disorganized cluster of huts made from wood and skins, with great jungle trees strewn throughout. But now most of the huts have been burned to the ground, with only the most sturdy remaining somewhat intact. There is a clearing in the center of the village.

Seth comments that they did not get this far; the bugs attacked before they could.

Well that in itself is positive. I suggest we split into pairs and start searching for clues.

There are five of you. One person will have to go alone.

I'll go alone.

Aurel and Trawley pair up, leaving Seth and Harvik together. They make for separate ends of the village, heading right and left from the center, leaving you to forge ahead.

It is going to be Observation to find anything useful. Ideas on what you're looking for will make the check easier.

Maps, letters, identification, big sign that says 'go this way'?!?

You don't see any signs or posts in a conventional sense. If they had them, they would have needed to be put on something else.

Any letters maps etc?

You don't think so... until you notice something on one of the great trees in the village. It has been burned with everything else. You notice, however, deep etchings into the wood.

It appears to be a diagram of the village!

Unfortunately, you can't read it. You don't know the Bollan language.

Call the others over to see if they can!
