He seems amicable enough, now that he knows who you are! Just wary.

Can't just sense for sensitivity to the Force, though his athletics were very impressive. Not quite Jedi level though.

"How do you know who I am?" asks Iffa.

"Our leader told us," says Dar.

'Take us to your leader!'

"I will," says Dar. "But you must surrender your weapons."

"Is that necessary? We come as men of Peace"

"Then you will not need them," Dar says.

"That's ridiculous," Harvik says. "I'm not giving up mine!"

"You can stay here and wait for the Darkness to claim you," Dar says.

Does one of the other Jedis have mind trick?

They do not.

"Very well," says Iffa, giving him his lightsabre.

Everyone else readily surrenders their weapons. Harvik takes longer to do so due to hesitating and finally due to having a great deal of hardware to fork over.

"Come with me," Dar says, now carrying a heavy load of weaponry. He carries it easily, hopping from one stone spire to the next. His physique is highly impressive.

"how long have you been up here?" asks Iffa.

He is too busy navigating his way up to the central rock to answer.

"I suppose we'd better follow," Seth says. "At least if we want our lightsabers back any time soon."

'Lead the way,' says Iffa and they follow Dar.

After a tedious time of navigating the rocks and waiting for your non-Jedi companions to catch up, you have reached the central rock spire! And now you can see that it has a passageway that you cannot see from the angle you approached at, hidden by a wall of rock. Dar slips into it neatly and leads you into a dark tunnel that spirals downward, inside the column.

You notice something about the tunnel walls. This was not hand-carved; it was done by machine, probably a plasma drill or something of that sort.

"Who built this structure?" Iffa asks Dar via the protocol droid.

"My people did," Dar says. "Very long ago, before our return to our roots. This is place is normally impenetrable by the Garans. They cannot jump over the spires. Nor can the Swarm. The Darkness cannot touch us here."

"So it is a stronghold?"

"Yes," says Dar. "In times of trouble, my people come here. It has been some time since we have come here. The Garans wage war with us but never truly threaten our villages. The Wanderers changed that."

"In what way?"
