USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (LIGHT SIDE)- Harmony

Whoops! Sorry, I mis read a bit and assumed defensive measures were tap related. 1:30am, whatcha gonna do. 😛

Erm, I'm slightly lost by defensive measures. Are you referring to spreading out, seeking cover and the like?

I don't want to be too specific; I just want people to bear in mind your plan runs a bunch of nearly-dropped people right next to a bunch of gunners.

Fair enough!

Wentar, and hopefully Vlad makes some kind of post, would like to take cover behind some form of dumpster or large enough object that can cover two people.

Orthodox Guard, Reflection on stand-by, and Gunslinger active and I'll shoot at the Yoeman.

That rules you out of attacking, of course.

Aye?

Sorry, that was to Wentar.

Yea, Jelena should probably take cover as well. I'll bodyguard her just to give her an extra bit of help.

Stick with your lightsaber so that you have a Defense.

Stefan, are you even reading my posts?

Nope, I'm an idiot.
Xeth gets Bodyguard, not Jelena.
I got mixed up on how much damage everyone has.

I'm okay with not attacking... though that rules Vlad out of attacking... Where is Vlad. All of Wentars actions are sorta based on where Vlad is and what he's doing.

Whew, okay.

I will be shocked if those attacking the yeomen with their lightsabers in the open area center don't kill everyone immediately.

So what about my question about force powers?

My bad! Vlad's going to be coming in with Carnival of Carnage, Charge, and Eye of the Storm. He'll stick with Wentar as planned and fire at two of the Yeomen on the south side while moving up with everyone.

"Let's hope no flyers or walkers make their presence to greet us..."

Xeth will do the same as Vlad, blasting down yeomen to the south while everyone else tackles the yeomen in the center. He makes sure to stay by Roan.

Okay! Thanks Vlad!

Final moves for Wentar. FoGu, BG and RF as my starting schticks please. Wentar will move up with Vlad keeping bodyguard on him, focus guarding anything thing that shoots at us. If I can I'll attack a Yeoman in the center too, but the priority it BG on Vlad.

Ok, let's hit it... I am pretty sick so I am trying to get this done before I conk out for the evening.

2-1 says initiative is yours... which is a good job.

Our gunners Vlad and Xeth run forwards. Vlad gets two kills; Xeth gets one. Wentar advances covering Xeth; as per instructions he therefore does not attack, as Vlad is not firing at point blank range (and therefore avoiding any complications of moving from melee). Likewise, Roan advances to cover Xeth and I'll rule that a non-attack, as again protection was the priority.

Denz holds where he is and fires; no kill though.

Jovan- no penalty for that at all, so you advance forwards and hurl a metal railing at one of the yeomen, knocking him clean out of the fight (and over the edge of the bridge chasm if you want a typical falling death scream). Jelena advances with him. Essalin stays with her.

No messing from Andro, who goes in full throttle with a double kill, Sunda at his side, following Roan's desires. Argo will be with Andro also.

Left to Gallagher to take the last guard, and it seems Vera hangs back.

The Yeomen will prioritise those who attacked them, but with some left over they go for the bodyguards too. One more success would have taken out Jovan.

Emerging then are foes from two directions- the Yeomen are inside the terminal already, and a bunch come out. Meanwhile, the emplaced gunners hiding at the far side of the bridge (a use of Sense would have detected them) start to set up.

The heavy team now coming from the south is armed with concussion rilfes- lethal blast area heavy energy weapons.

Alright, those heavy guns, and those concussion rifles are going to be a huge pain.
Gunners, target the concussion Yeomen. Tap things to make it happen. Kill them.

Also, everyone who is hanging back, needs to keep moving up (this probably means lack of posting right?)

Some people with Dash should book it down and take out those emplaced guns before they get fully set up and are able to kick our collective asses.

A reminder. Force Points. USE THEM.
If you are close to going down, use up your points, they are useless if you are downed.

Maybe Vlad should tap Carnival to get the emplacements while Xeth taps Carnival to shoot the heavies? Splitting the group this early sounds bad. Our Dashers can rush next turn.

Either way, Xeth is going to shoot the yeomen with the concussion guns, tapping Carnival and moving up with Roan to Bridge East.

"Can you do anything to waylay them?" Xeth shouts to Thea.

Oh! Ush! I just realized that you didn't put my Revitalize use in, I should have ten less damage if that's okay!

Jelena is going to move up with Jovan, using Coordination and Bodyguard to protect him and keep him from attacking, so that he's not targeted and vulnerable!
