Keep fighting. 14 dmg though, was hoping to be a bit more of a tank. Are there people still around? I'm doing this mostly to help them. I could fall back and let them either sit around doing nothing, or come to me if they want to harm others.
It's really Balanced Guard to try and super-tank it. A single success hit from a blaster rifle carried by the droids does 3 damage, so against five droids you can easily expect- assuming one misses but the others may roll more than one success- about 15 damage per turn with a normal defence up. So you are taking far less than that, having taken 14 in two turns!
It's Focused Guard, but ok, that makes sense.
I'm going to continue to fight, then run and find cover, trying to get them to follow me once I reach 35 dmg. I may not be around for that this week, and don't want to hold up the action.
If there's a refresh, bring in Forward Guard for Focused and tap it, then swap back. Sorry if it's a lot to remember in like 5 pages, but I'm out until at least Monday.
You win initiative, and it is a Refresh round!

Nearly done Iffa... one more heave you think!
Jelena, Essalin is nearly done also.
Tilulla- you don't need a Refresh to bring Forwards Guard in as it is not tapped. But tapping it won't achieve much; you don;t need any more dice against battle droids!
Every turn you hold out, though, Hotspot C does not become a wider problem.

Wentar is heading down to Jelena; he can arrive next turn.

Xeth starts his long journey. I am not sure what Jovan actually 3ants to do so nothing there I am afraid. He cannot get that message from Roan has Roan doesn't know it is happening. Roan does now know that Xeth and Jovan are in contact.

Gallagher- an insect is buzzing loudly in your face; you think it is asking you how you knew to get where you are.

Some community tips on fighting for the new folks, guys?
Okay!
New schticks if you'll accept it Ush. Focused Guard, Bodyguard and Reflection.
I'll still attack one of the droids in the 5x group, also If I get there before the droids fire I would like to Tap Focused Guard and Bodyguard immediately to protect Jelena and Essalin.

Jelena, once we clean up here I say that I go after the Droid Signal while you try and get the comms online. Using my idea of the communicators to pinpoint the jammer. You have better fix it then me. 😛
With Wentar protecting her this turn and Essallin finishing up with the door, Jelena will use the Force to free up the heavy metal that she wants to use to pin the door closed.
If she can't do it with standard Lifting, she is going to leave Wentar to protect her Padawan while she uses Coordination to go over and hacking the metal free with her lightsaber.
For Tilulla and Iffa-
When it comes to fighting mooks like these battle droids, it is all about taking them out quickly if you can. Iffa should be well-tooled for this, with Cleave and Reflection and schticks that support both. Tilulla looks to be more of a one-on-one fighter, she'd probably do well against a Named Character or supermook.
Also, the longer we go without a Refresh, the more likely you are to get one the coming turn. So don't feel afraid to tap something protective to hold off damage for a turn.

Vera-Kin will finish off the last two droids while Iffa finishes shoving that door closed. Then she will look for something to drop in front of the door to block it.
