USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (LIGHT SIDE)- Harmony

Yup!

'Bugs are fine' is all you are aware of, Jovan.

Could she also tap Reflection for some potential reflected kills while she's doing this?

Ah- that I would have to rule no, I am afraid; the Lift acts like using Co-ordination in that respect; no offensive action possible.

Ah well. Swap in RF and tap Orthodox Guard, use Coordination, Vera-Kin keeps using the Force to swing the vault shut.

considering I have no Force Points left, all I can do is hope she gets distracted.

Is there a place in the vault where things get tight?
Worse case scenario would be to get her into a vault

In the Repository? Lord no, it's open with surfaces all over at many angles; perfect ground for Katai.

Actually getting her into a vault would be the best case senario, Her biggest trick is her unlimited options for escape. Cornering her in a vault with only one way in and out would be the best. But you would never be able to do it. Just keep her around/stay alive until Xeth gets there, and then take her down.

perhaps we need to do some demolition in order to get the surface to our advantage...

Just keep fighting her. You will not be able to do anything like that, and once xeth gets here you will have all the advantage needed.

yeah, but it's not like I can do anything special... Only keep hitting her

Just a bit tied up for a few days; will post when I can.

3-1; initiative to you!

As Tilulla wanted to head down and attack last turn, I shall change it so she did in fact do so. This turn, with the aid of initiative she and Iffa get the droid numbers down pretty low before another three emerge- three as Vera is getting that door closed!

Iffa also gets a bounce-kill!

-

Wentar and Jelena- you will be in next turn. Danger sense rising!

-

Xeth, you are bombing it down. So much, in fact, that you sail past a walkway and at this point I can only say you are now just freefalling... which is pretty quick but has in-built drawbacks near the end.

-

At the big fight, Jovan and Sunda strike first. Jovan scores a glancing hit, with three successes parried down to only 1! And Sunda is not messing around as he taps Forward Guard, with +15 dice rather outpowering even Wall Walking. He ends up with 12 successes coming through for eighteen damage. That's a bit more like it...

(Fancy Katai may be, but nothing beats a lightsabre in a toe to toe fight)

Katai is now starting to fight more defensively. She gets quite a hit into a defenceless Sunda (though he didn't take as much as it seems- he should have already been on 46) and she leaps up to the side of the vault that Sunda just jumped down from. As before, lacking Charge to attack her in mid-air you'll have to take an action to get up closer to her.

Iffa and Tilulla, bear in mind you are both adjacent to the single droid listed above at this point, which is relevant for bodyguarding.

Sunda perhaps needs to back off a bit before going down? I could go up to her while D'An stays with Sunda? Or does staying down mean you can't hit her (in which case we all need to go up)?

You indeed won't be able to hit her if you stay down- you would not even be chasing her.

ok, so we all go up then

Might state the obvious but I would guess that she's actively fleeing, perhaps it would be interesting to us to prevent her from going up?

How?

Right now she is still engaging but you can tell she is showing caution compared to before.

Xeth will keep it up, I guess! If I slow down now I won't get there.

Tap Focused Guard, BG on Iffa. We need to finish off these things.

Vera-Kin keeps pushing!

Swap Orthodox Guard for Balanced Guard and taps it if shot at, use Coordination.

Gallagher is satisfied with his efforts. He is not a brilliant fighter but he managed to tire her some. Enough to bring an end to her crime spree, he hopes.

How badly hurt is Gallagher?

Against mooks, tapping FG is really not all that helpful. You are still going to only target one, and just really really overkill it.
If you had flurry, you could use that and tap FG, as that would give you a massive amount of extra die to attempt to kill 4 mooks, (as flurry halves your die pool, but allows you to kill up to 4 extra mooks. (you get to kill one mook per success, up to 4) But when only targeting 1 mook, rolling 15 extra die is overkill, especially when you have about an 80% chance of killing one in the first place.

I hope that made sense. The moral of the story, don't tap FG unless you are either facing a named opponent (See Sunda's last move) or using Flurry.
