I was mostly refering to them being underwater instead of rain... but besides that, I think resurrecting Palpatine for the umpteenth time is not very original 😄

Actually, in the Episode I move adaptation, it's shown they can't be submerged. Remeber when QuiGon was deflecting blaster bolt from the stapp chasing ObiWan? It w because Obi had apparently goone though water and 'forgot to turn the power supply off'. QuiGon gave him hell for it.
However, it seemed to be working again by the time they mAde it to the palace...
Ok! Iffa is Ninja-Jediing it back to your ships. It seems that agitators are starting to organise the crowds a bit Iffa- anti-Coruscant rallies are beginning, led by various worker representatives.
Roan and Jelena are heading into the city, which is more controlled and far more organised; there are armed guards around and they have very much taken power from any part of Republican authority on the world. These people are ready to fight if need be.
Time is against you. You need to get into the admin buildings to meet your man and make your pitch- what's the plan?

And what are the rest of you doing?
Vera-Kin is going to spearhead the effort to hold the ship, should it come to that. She feels it is only a matter of time until we are noticed, or until the crowds boil over and try to take the Senator.
First, let's get the guards we knocked out tied up and locked up somewhere, and confiscate their blasters. If anyone wants to keep a blaster on them just in case, do so, but please do not kill anyone.
Vera-Kin is going to take a blaster rifle.
Then, we should try to change the locks and such on the ship to make it difficult for anyone to board. Someone with Fix-It can do that. And maybe divert any power on the ship to the shields. We won't need it for anything else.
