USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (LIGHT SIDE)- Harmony

"I don't explain Coruscant, Sunda. Perhaps in a way that was one of the greatest tragedies in the Republic's history. However, accouting for any long-lived race I can name, I doubt very much that any of the perpetrators remain available for prosecution. And some planets and cultures do have laws regarding animals.
Sunda, we're arguing nearly the same thing, I agree that people take precedence over animals, but I don't agree with just killing them all of because they're inconvienent. Now I'd be happy to debate this at a more appropriate time, but right now we have injured to see to and a mission to complete. And may I say, Pardon me Roan if I'm stepping on your toes but it needs said: Sunda, be mindful of your emotions. I understand all too well your frustrations, but be mindful of where they can lead you."

Neat! I forgot about Gallagher's ability to regain points. I need to buy the Inner Calm Mastery, though; Revitalize would do wonders for Gallagher right now.

Gallagher is highly irked by Sunda's outright disrespect for the bior that they have killed, and proud of his student for going toe-to-toe with him in a moral debate.

"Sunda, I think you are being needlessly frustrated with the situation," Gallagher says. "I have no doubt that Ascar is toying with us- an astute observation that I share sentiments with, Argo- but do not let it get you worked up. As my student has said, it is only natural for the bior to attack us- it's what they do, as unfortunate as that is. We just happen to be higher on the food chain, in a way."

Gallagher puts his hands on D'an's shoulders and gives a gentle reassuring squeeze.

Can Gallagher Scan Sunda? He is looking for emotional output from the young man. Sunda worries Gallagher a bit.

Jelena needs to get a Medicine score. I didn't realize she lacked it.

"Yes, there is always a balance," Jelena says, in response to Essallin. "The Atrii have found one. But I wonder, what was the balance before, when the Atrii or their ancestors lived in the cities? What changed that?"

Jelena is not as concerned about the issue of the bior.

"Yes... It seems like the balance here has shifted back and forth." adds Vlad to Jelena's inquiry.

I also will need to get my health up as much as I can.

Sunda may be annoyed, Gallagher- but there is hypocrisy here. He is no more so than you are, as you have expressed. Your words, therefore, only annoy him more.

"It's not just Coruscant," says Sunda. "Dozens of worlds. Hundreds. Like Corellia," he says, looking at Roan. "They are the most successful planets. There would be no Republic without them. And don't go telling me that animals are not there to kill as we please when every civilisation in the galaxy does just that. We cut down trees. We mine rock. We eat animals- as much as we like. It is people that are different. The Order exists to protect the people."

In which respect he is right, of course- Jedi are primarily policemen before they are force adepts. Ascar is a pure force adept...

"If the Atrii have found balance," says Argo, "I am not sure I am impressed. Surely something has gone wrong with the Atrii? Stuck like that forever? They aren't even aware something is amiss. What could possibly make them all give up their civilisation?"

"The cities are intact," says Essalin. "If it was a disease, then running away to the caves makes no difference, and why stay there when it has passed? I cannot think of anything that would cause the Atrii to be the way they are."

"Because they wanted to be," says D'an. The others look at him. "I don't know why," he says. "But you would only become that way if you chose it. A whole civilisation... deciding to give it all up."

Does Gallagher's Intuition say anything about that? Maybe a feeling of whether or not D'an is correct?

"Convenient that the Atrii have no concept of time," Gallagher says. "Or we could ask them themselves. Something isn't right about this. Perhaps investigation into the cities themselves might be able to tell us something... but we're hardly in shape to go meandering about this world."

Xeth agrees with Sunda.

"Natural selection," Xeth says. "Sentients are cream of the crop. Animals aren't. I wouldn't apply that to sentients too, though. Otherwise, I'd be out of a job."

Certainly what he says makes a kind of sense, Gallagher, but sadly you cannot feel this mystery out.

Xeth shrugs.

"I'm sure there are answers in the cities," Xeth says, "but like you said, we've got more pressing things. We're here to figure out what Kara Katai is and what she's up to, not save the environment."

Xeth is a bit lacking in the Medicine department, so he probably isn't doing much in this time but leaning on his machete.

"Best not to rush ourselves in finding the Merongam, though," Jelena says. "Our journey has already proved treacherous, as Master Vera-Kin can attest to."

Jelena seats herself on a log or rock.

"Perhaps now would be a time to discuss any premonitions we have had. It could shed like on the Atrii, or what twists and turns Ascar may have for us. I cannot imagine him going through what we have either."

Let's get those Medicine pools together...

Here's a list of Medicine + Intelligence for everyone. I'm guessing without Medicine you don't get treatment.

First number is rating, second number is damage.

Roan- 5, 22
Vlad- x, 21
Jelena- x, 40 (Revitalize)
Gallagher- 6, 51
Andro- x, 11
Denzral- 6, 23
Jovan- 7, 49
Xeth- x, 28
Vera-Kin- 7, 40+
Wentar- 5, 29

You don't have to treat yourself. In fact, each person with Medicine has time to treat twice.

I don't mind treating people. Should be devide or all heal Vera?

Alas, each person can only be healed once.

I'll go heal someone, then they heal me... Jovan you're up! Denz'll heal Jovan.

Jovan would be better off healing himself, Denz. He has a higher rating than you. After that, Jovan should treat Jelena since she's a mess too.

Denzral should heal himself and then Xeth, yeah?

Thats cool, himself, and then Xeth seems fine to me.

Vlad will go ahead and take a seat on a rock before telling everyone about his dream.

"Now that you mention it... I had a dream. It was of a man in a desert. His caravan of supplies broke down, and he had to stay with the caravan. Bandits kept on attacking. He got weaker and weaker, and eventually goes out into the dessert to find some sort of support or help. Then he's just gone, dead. Other travelers stumble upon the caravan, but are unable to find any trace of him what-so-ever. "
