USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (LIGHT SIDE)- Harmony

Get back? Back where? We've got a mission on here, folks. Keep at it.

Back to the ship? Or place with a computer where we can figure out where the planet in the constellation is, and maybe run some scans on the diagram that Galagher got.

If only you had access to some resource that's really good at stellar navigation...

We do have an astromech droid around somewhere right?

Yup!

Well lets get it on it!
Still have the issue of the little Hieroglyph thing. Does anyone have any contacts/ties at the Jedi Archives? One of our Scholars? (this is a question for the group.)

I can contact Master Windu and ask him to check it out?

(Hey, let's not be rude just run out on our hosts, here. There may be more to learn, anyway.)

We have two astromech droids that can help with stellar navigation.

As for the symbol, Denzral and Jovan have ties to the Jedi Archives.

I do but I would also like to take a look at those abandoned cities.

You aren't here for an archaeological holiday- or to hobnob with the natives. You have a mission.

Lacking any proper context, the symbol is no good for an id.

Guess it looks like we're done here. Lets go poke those droids and get the show on the road.

Out of curiosity what is Ascar doing? He's still coming along for the ride yeah?

Actually, Ascar wants to talk to you about that.

"On the assumption that you are off to investigate this star," he says, "I am sure you will agree that I have given you your lead as promised. That being so, I won't be going with you."

Denzral addresses Ascar. "And how are you getting back to Coruscant or where ever you plan on going?" He walked over slowly.

Gallagher is disappointed that there is no match for the symbol he saw, but has a feeling it will turn up again.

"That call falls to Roan," Gallagher responds to Ascar's request for freedom. "But you have given us quite a lead, yes."

Xeth is stoked with the lead they were given and the neat new trick he learned, but he is hesitant to just leave Ascar here with the Atrii on... whatever their planet is named. He will respect whatever answer Roan gives but will put in his two cents that Ascar should stay with them for the remainder of the mission, in the event that the lead is not worth his freedom.

Also, Xeth is going to put the coordinates for the planet into his ship's navcomp and his R3 unit permanently, so that he can come back and practice.

Ascar says it quite plainly- the deal with the Council was that he gives you his information in order to provide a potential lead. This he has done. No condition was attached that it had to turn out to be useful; just that it was a genuine effort on his part.

As for how he is going to get around- and indeed, he plans to return to Coruscant- he gets some communications equipment out of his bag.

"I'll hitchhike," he says. "Same way I used to. If you know the right frequencies, you can contact some of those far flung traders I mentioned before. They can get me to an outlying Republican world, and I can transit home from there."

Vera-Kin admires Ascar's resourcefulness.

"It reminds me of my own traveling days," Vera-Kin says, "though obviously the Force led you to places like this, where as I was led to those in need."

Vera-Kin is alright with letting Ascar go his own way.

"I'd hardly be any use to you on a criminal investigation anyway," he says.

"Indeed," Vera-Kin says. "Nor would it be of any purpose to put you in harm's way. You can defend yourself with the Force, if Xeth's stories are any indication... but that is not your purpose."
