Not recognition, no... but he seems to find you interesting, and he has now pulled out a datapad which he is scanning through.
The killer porcine by his side is an Osokan- a deadly race of hunters from the planet Lanzar, where the wildlife is so amazingly lethal that sentient life evolved to the extreme to be able to survive. Osokans are incredibly strong, tough and above all have phenomenal powers of regeneration.
This one is from the Hunting Lodges- the most important of their society, who make a name for themselves intentionally hutning out lehtal dinosaur-type life forms that roam their planet. Osokans are brutal and merciless and their hunters are famously good at catching a target, and at one point they branched out their target list to any other sentient life form that took their fancy; it took two hundred Jedi to finally pacify the planet and outlaw the Lodges-- and most especially their feared melee weapon, the neurowhip.
You are not sure what changed there... in fact, you doubt it is legal. But the death squads of the Bureau are using Osokan hunters to kill their prey; they are one of the few lifeforms in the galaxy unafraid to go head to head with someone with a lightsabre. They are fearless, talented in a fight and if you run one through it doesn't die. Where the Agents point, the Osokans chase and destroy.
It was these death squads that made you flee the Republic. But 'squad' is the term here- once more, it is unusual to see one alone. This one seems to have a lot of insignia of rank on it too, including an impressive sash.
Ok so Edana can no longer hold back her curiosity and is as ever feeling very reckless (which she may soon regret). She decides to risk hanging around in the entrance a little longer pretending to be terrified by what's going on outside.
Can she try a force roll to see if she can use scan on the bureau agent and find out what he thinking?
It's not a literal mind read but it gives insight into his current thought patterns.
He DOES think you are a target. He is surprised to see you.
You also sense a lot of anger in him, rising steadily. Like that you sensed form the crowd.
He's annoying you. You should kill him. In fact your hand is already reaching for your sabre.
You start to pull the comforting weapon into your hand.
But your powerful instincts scream something at you. This is no ordinary Osokan- there is something different about him. You instinctively know this is extremely dangerous.
And yet you feel a sudden urge to ignore the danger and take him on. And kill the Agent- you don't need him alive. Kill him for looking at you like that.
Those that got in your way in the crowd too. Kill them all.
You force the urge to fight and kill under control. It makes your head swim... what the heck is going on?
There is a beeping noise from the handset of the agent. You are taking off back out the (now burning) gate to the streets when he yells "Edana!" after you.
"Four hundred and seventy three people died at Redstone Station!" he calls after you. "You'll pay!"
That's the station you blew up years ago to destroy the Republican cruiser within- on Kuylen's orders. It was Krisha that blew the place... though admittedly you killed a lot of people trying to stop her.
She'd better!
"Take her alive, Guildmaster," you hear him say as you dash to the streets. "She may know where he is!"
Aside from what that might mean... Guildmaster...... that is the Osokan GUILDMASTER. The leader of the hunting lodges- indeed, the leader of his race. The most dangerous one of them all.
Uhoh.
He calls in a voice that travels rather well seeing how deep it is- deep and growling.
"Run, little girl... you may just provide some amusement for me..."
