Indeed, it is Kuylen's pelisse, and there is a hundred times more blood on it than you could ever need for a DNA sample.
And more blood than anyone could reasonably lose and love, too. It takes all of your strength to dislodge the sword, Galder. It is bent almost ninety degrees in the middle; it looks rather small and sad in your hands.

Well, I am sure that Gallador is sensitive enough to sense something as huge as cousin of that dead spider approaching, which is what I am suspcious for.
And you say it is totally impossible to survive such blood loss as the amount of blood on the pelisse?
"And yet again your former Master appears to be death." - He says to Galder. "Perhaps things would be different if you were here with him?"
Galder should check if there any pockets in that pelisse...
Galder contemplates the sword for a moment, weighing it in his hands. He squeezes the hilt tightly, as if trying to feel his Master's hand imprinted on the sword, but only feels the cold metal. He awkwardly slips the twisted metal blade into his belt to hold onto, thinking he can reforge it when he is off of Datura.
Galder will then wrap the bloody mess that is the pelisse into a ball and shove it in his pocket, feeling incredibly nervous about how much blood is on it.
"He's still alive," Galder mutters to himself.
"Which way out?" Galder asks Almir once he has the map. "We need to get out quickly."
