It's a pity Rand has a higher Force rating.

Because Gallador using Dominate on him would be the best thing ever.

That would be pretty Epic also FYI I'm sure Xavier would also kill Gallador if he noticed him dominating anyone of the PB

I am going to have to rule that Domination functions less well if the people you supposedly Dominate keep having to bail you out. It does have to function in an RPing sense as well as a system one; you need some sort of platform from which to be dominant from.
