USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (DARK SIDE)- The Prisoner of Datura

Started by REXXXX438 pages

It will take you a few turns to get to the Staff/Pike guys, Rianna. A few turns in which you'll be shot at by guards if you don't finish them off.

She can Dash over to Dak in one! If she dares...

Oh god...

Dak leaps up, rage in his eyes and the scales on his face darkening to nearly black as he drops his swords and flings himself at Rivas, his sabers lashing out seemingly before anyone can move. He tears into Rivas, exhausted and now powered only by fury and determination to prove to the pirate emperor that he is nothing to a Dark Jedi.

Bring in ForGu for DU and tap it. Tap Charge. Force point into Flurry. Force point into Strike. Force point into Evade.

COME AT ME.

Well not really. I have Dash 😛

However, having just seen what Josh plans on doing (been cracking up at it on MSN for a few minutes now while we worked out the details), I think Rivas is in for a world of pain, so...

Well, Flurry has a limit of course.

Strike can be called after the roll, and Charge can be used to make sure Dak goes first.

Rianna, would it make it easier if I shot at a guard instead?

Even in cases of the preposterously cinematic?

I'm pouring everything into this last blaze of glory after all! Read that flavor text!

The staff guys have no defense against gun attacks, is the thing, so I'd say shoot at them. Maybe tap EE for double damage on those successes? BB would also be handy 😛

Swap DW for DU, btw, Ush. Galder's got plans.

I don't want a guard shooting you in the back and being the reason you don't land any super attacks on Staff G, though, Lana.

It has its use- Rivas might tap and/or Fortune against it, and then you'll need all the dice power you can get.

(I know I would if someone Forward Flurried me)

Keeping it as written.

Good point...

Still not sure what I should do though 😂 Could go attack Staff G or join Dak in dismembering Rivas or kill guards or hmmm.

(Rivas is going to be feeling really poorly in a second.)

I'm holding off on Relle's action until I know what Rianna is going.

Not tapping EE yet, though. It lets me shoot into the melee without hitting friendlies.

Ush, out of curiosity, how often are you Flurried, much less Forward Flurried?

Rianna should either kill a guard or go after Staff G. Personally I lean toward the guard. Joining Dak in attacking Rivas might not work for her since Rivas is going to possibly be very defensive and it could render your attack moot.

I suppose I could alternatively also swap in Dodge and Weave, tap that and attack one of the guards that way?

In other news, I'm considering getting Gunslinger soon...the no time to switch thing is passive, right, Gunslinger doesn't need to be active?

It's very useful.

There are no passive schticks- they need to be in to work!

Luke used Gunslinger....

Ush, your games are so violent that people want to buy only combat abilities. Poor Gallador goes for all that subtle force powers fitting a master of dark side and it does not get him much respect.
