Does Gallador know anything about Thalos and Ascar with his high Jedi Lore score? And he is too injured to do anything, like distrupt what Ascar was doing?
I assume he is quite shocked at Ascar's power but now he reacts.
"Please Lady Adelmo, spare her. You must understand that we are too injured to fight at the moment. Let's talk about the opportunities!"
Adelmo's in a REALLY bad mood right now, Gallador. I know it's never a good time, of course, but that's the way of things.

"Not at all,," says Ascar. "Some logic here. If I was in contact with her for her to tell me anything, I wouldn't need to come here to see her, would I? Adelmo is not easy to find and this is the only possible point of contact I had."
Ascar stands, setting his wine glass down and bruhsing down his smart suit. He is relatively elderly but looks sharp and very aware.
"You people had a certain number of questions. I did not want to discuss too much with Adelmo around, but ask away now. Though why don't you introduce me to all your friends, Galder? I am sure many are curious."
"Fair enough," Galder says.
Galder goes over the crew- Rand the Master who would be leader, Gallador the burned but very intelligent, Relle the vampire assassin, Dak the reptile revolutionary, Xavier the schizophrenic Emperor killer, Rianna the angry swordswoman, Azarl the heretical shaman, Edana the orphan of the Force, Rah the singing acrobat, and Con the gunslinger.
"Some rolled with Kuylen, others we've united with," Galder explains.
"Ascar is a man who left the Jedi at a young age and traveled the Galaxy to learn from other teachings of the Force," Galder says. "He's seen and done everything, and, as you all just saw, very powerful. I last ran into him on Malastare when Kuylen was trying to get the Astrolabe to find Zeiton from him... it didn't go well."
Galder flexes his mechanical arm.
"Which, I remember warning you, was a waste of time," says Ascar. "Kuylen had quite lost control by then and was on the path to destruction. I know you got caught up in things there Galder, but I suppose we all lost out from that. But here we all are now, better than ever before. In my case, I am Chief of staff to Senator Riordan on Coruscant, a man of not inconsiderable influence."

"It was a Jedi team. I wanted to put pressure on Adelmo so I guided them towards her homeworld. Plus I do genuinely want her to stop annihilating the history of the Republic- what a waste. Also, after events on Malastare, I have been in an awkward legal position; helping the Jedi cleared the slate."
