You do realize he only on

two teams X-force and New Avengers, one of which he is only used in extreme situations, and as of right now since the X-men are in dire need he has not appear in the New Avengers for several issues.

Dam must not have worded the clearly. He helping the x-men in there time of need by leading x-force. He only in x-force and new avengers as an active member, but he not even on both teams at the same time, he switches back and forth.
