Kratos can't use Hermes boots?

Toying around with Links attacks is good, but against Kratos's BoE swinging around? Two blades at chain spinning speeds. DLink will have to pull off some impressive moves to avoid them.

Edit: No Boots for this thread (now that I think about it, it wouldn't increase his attack speed `-`) and meant BoC not BoE.

They do increase his movement speed though. I'm guessing that the speed shown in gameplay might be slower than his actual speed with the boots.

Also, about the BoC, BoA and BoE: there's no difference between them, except for their origins, and gameplay differences; and maybe BoE's supposed ability to guide Kratos to the flame, though I never really understood that hogwash.

Was said.. somewhere.. that each Bo_ is stronger then the last. BoE did that? Huh, ignored that all together.

Imo the difference of DLinks speed over Kratos's is smaller to Kratos's strength over DLinks.

(The hell is DLink doing in a bar .____. does it even drink?)

Yes, but he's not drunk in this fight, that would be spite. 😐 Shadow Link after enough booze could solo Xenosaga. haermm

Really? I don't remember anything of the sort stated in the game-verse.
The only hint to such a thing would be in God of War, where Athena's Blades (Golden Blades) deal more damage than the Blades of Chaos at Lv5 do, but gameplay leveling and such holds no water over canon events.

Athena says that it will guide him to the Flame of Olympus (or something to that extent) when she hands him the BoE.

Whoever wrote it must of been basing it on levelled up damage then.

Shadow Link with enough booze would accidentally kill himself. Drunk swordsmen danger themselves.

Normally yes, but Shadow Link possesses The Fury, which amps him to omnipotence when he's wasted.

Define The Fury. I'm assuming it's not that flamethrower guy from MGS3.

Nope. The Fury is an omnipotent multiversal force which is the polar opposite of Justice. Their combination balances the universe and occasionally they clash in a ragnarok that recreates the multiverse.

Don't know what Arkivian DI is.

Arkivian DI is what it takes to be kicked into space, tech off of a white dwarf, and return to the battlefield before a BFR can be issued.

Well the only feat I give is after the final boss fight.
