Well, Thor's not dumb. Prideful, yes, but not dumb. He has taken to the skies when fighting single foes to rain pain and ownage from above before, and has done so when outnumbered for tactical reasons. Storm being in the mix would have him just pawn her and tell her to GTFO while he makes with the storm raging.

A lot of the X-Men don't really bring a lot to the table here its true, but the X-Men have some the best team work in all of comicdom. There are some potentially devastating combos in this roster. Nightcrawler + Wolverine + Colossus = a teleporting fastball special coming from any and all directions. There are more than a few combos here (a lot of them evolving Nightcrawler), that would take Thor out and give the X-Men the win, and they can try them all pretty much simultaneously.

This is hard for me to believe as I never saw him do such things against beings who can't fly. I could be wrong but I've never seen such things.

he can control the height, width and strength of his blast without his visor. he just can't stop firing.

Hes not strong enough and its just his dur that keeps him around for a bit. Colossus cannot beat Hulk, Juggs, Herc, Thor or anyone on this level because hes a few levels down. Its just X-Men PIS that keeps having Juggs coming back.

Thor would just bfr all the nuisances, like Colossus, Wolverine, Cyclops, Gambit etc. Afterward he he uses more exotic powers to deal with the others. This really shouldn't be that difficult for him. He is very multi-dimensional.

The x men work well together but they aren't winning this. And they would be destroyed completely if he is written properly and not holding back.
