Hulk is just a mid tier brick who wouldn't get owned straight up because of his healing factor, which I will admit is powerful. Other than that he ain't doing jack in PIS-less fight.
The likes of Superman and Thor lifts things on a planetary scale. Hulk lifts typical things like tanks and more impressively for him, mountains, and people act like its a big deal. Although most people don't see this because jobbing to Hulk is one of Thor's favorite past times.
