Superboy was a non-factor, considering he got his ass completely handled by Gog before Superman arrived. Then Superman proceeded to kick Gog's ass, until he got hit with the staff. Superman >> Gog >> Superboy in the hierarchy.

i agree with the heirarchy, but i don't think the fight was that cut and dry.
also, beating superboy isn't exactly a low feat given some of the people he's gone up against...

If a person can percieve a jet flying around the speed of sound, does that mean he can handle somebody fighting at those speeds ? Using that instance to prove .. anything about Beta Ray Bill's speed in battle, especially since Quasar was also one of the persons seeing Surfer slam there is laughable.

Nice analogy. Except Quasar was the one, who was tracking it down and failed to perceive what it was. Surfer and Bill where standing next to each other, for what ever reason and then they where struck by it.
