When Bill decided that he couldn't hold back against B&T Thor anymore, he downed him with a fair degree of ease. B&T Thor, the same guy that 2-shotted Surfer. none

Couple that with his superior energy blasts, shielding, BFR capabilities, etc. and it's hard for me to imagine Bill losing.

Bill has beaten thor in physical combat before though. so they are indeed very close physically.

I can see why BRB would be considered to be Thor's equal in the physical sense and even his slight superior. They are pretty damn close to being equals, but Thor's innate divinity/god powers coupled with his experience puts him above Bill in my opinion, and not so much that Bill can't humble his oath brother. Although I have to say, lately it seems as if Bill has been getting more WTF moments of ownage than Thor has.

But like I said earlier, Bill downed B&T Thor with a fair amount of ease, after he decided to stop holding back. Of course there is a lot more, but that is an incredibly impressive feat on Bill's part.
