Oddly enough Mr. Negative was one of the few arcs of spiderman I have not read, partly due to the fact I havent regularly picked up spiderman do to money issues and that after BND his stories on average had gone way down hill. I got to remeber to pick this arc up, I read a little on mr. negative and he seems crazy. It odd that and not surprising that wiki had mr. negative with human level stats for a while if they don't currently do, dispite from the fact he shown well beyond human level stats (wiki is so unreliable at times, though they stepped it up for some characters)

Though X is no were near that strong he shown to be quite strong himself compared to what many most likely believe him to be. I not sure were I place his strength level, but he easily deflected and blocked blows from wolverine who a class 2. Though he most likely not that strong, he strong enough to wistand pretty strong punches from a meta human who blows are back by adamatium.

though not closes to class even 10, it still a fairly impressive strength display again wolverine above. It very nice display of his speed and over all skill, no ones been able to stay untouchable like that from wolverine, not even when spiderman went purely in spidersenses did he display such levels of untouchability (though wolverine did not touch spiderman really at all, spiderman was only able to land one hit and was dodging for his life in a crazy like stalemate)
Though Mister X does not have many feats, he display ridiculous level of speed and reflexes from day one well beyond human. Here he displays one of the greatest low meta deflection feats I have ever seen and more impressively not against some cannon fodder, but the black widow who a peak-human highly trained expert in firer arms.
Now some may chalk this up to his TP powers, but this would not allow him to deflect the incoming bullets he need to require to speed, like with most of his feats. He has superhuman level of speed and reflexes which are enhanced by his powers, but in the instances above displays just how truely fast his hand movement and reflexes really are.

Sure, Spider-man was tired after fighting a few dozen immortal warriors and didn't expect that, but it doesn't change the fact that Negative is very strong.
As for speed, dodges some bullets matrix style and slices the gun in two.
As for sword skills and speed, randomly cuts several bullets in half.
Plus there's the corrupting touch Negative can use to turn X into his slave. I think im gonna give Negative the win here. The guy is a beast. Also he pretty much owned the Hood who was possesed and amped by Dormammu, then Negative delivered some verbal pwnage and moved so fast he dissapeared out of sight of a dozen supervillains who were surrounding him, they didn't even see him move. (including speed deamon or whatever that speedster's name these days)
I'm not doubting Li's strength/speed/agility, etc... But he hasn't shown enough to prove he's Class 50 if that, since he one-shotted Spidey whose currently Class 10-15, it shows he's stronger than that, but by how much, I don't know.
And I'm giving him the edge too, his mind may even be doing something strange and mess X up.

I mean bloodscream can turn people he touches into instant zombies, but I have a hard time believeing or thinking he would do so in a forum match verse a non cannon fodder.
Hood though is certainly amped to some digree by Dormammu, i not sure unless you saw him actually come out to play prove that he was amped to any real level. I mean wolverien fought Hood who turned inot a crazy monster and I don't think that was even closes to Dormammu powers or even a 10th of it. Also how currently are we talking about becuase Hood to my knowledge no longer posses Dormammu, but simply magic bestowed upon him by loki.
Who were the supervillains? Also Speed demon was there? I havent seen him in ages.

He not only casually blocked the punch he used the same hand to extend his arm with so much force he launched spidey out of one building right through another building.
