And one of his powers is actual super strength. When he launched Spidey, Peter said he was strong. Then Li was like, you know I have super strength, but I only showed you a portion. Then he rocked him through the building.

Those are cool feats.I not saying Negative can't do this nor he would win, but has he shown able to turn anyone into a slave? Or simply cannon fodders. I mean bloodscream can turn people he touches into instant zombies, but I have a hard time believeing or thinking he would do so in a forum match verse a non cannon fodder.
Hood though is certainly amped to some digree by Dormammu, i not sure unless you saw him actually come out to play prove that he was amped to any real level. I mean wolverien fought Hood who turned inot a crazy monster and I don't think that was even closes to Dormammu powers or even a 10th of it. Also how currently are we talking about becuase Hood to my knowledge no longer posses Dormammu, but simply magic bestowed upon him by loki.
Who were the supervillains? Also Speed demon was there? I havent seen him in ages.
And its not just cannon fodder, he used it on Spider-man and as far as I remember hammerhead, Spider-man only managed to break free because of the order Negative gave him - to murder his friend, other than that Parker was fully under his controle but the order was so much unlike his nature that he managed to fight the effect. I dont think that'll be the case with X, i mean killing was never a problem for him. Negative himself confirmed that the corrupting touch has never failed him before until he faced the Hood who's managed to resist because he was already corrupted by a much more powerful being.
Yeah, speed deamon was there, he's with the Hood's gang these days. Negative oredered Spider-man to defend him from the villains and corrupted Spider-man pretty much handed them their asses.
