a quick point of reiteration: AMALGAMS NEED TO BE LOGICALLY CONSISTENT.

if you feel compelled to use an amalgam, be prepared to defend it if someone sees an inconsistency.

also, OHKO was banned ONLY in the case of TP attacks. just a note in the event that it should come up.

This is where things get weird...what about, say, high-powered weaponry that has bullets or lasers traveling over Mach 1? Is the bullet (or other projectile) capped at Mach 1? Or electrical attacks like lightning, that are moving considerably faster than M1? Or is it limited to just vehicles and "equipment" like T-spheres, not overt weaponry?

Question (and sorry if it's already been addressed before), but are we judging on set criteria with a point system (ala the previous Batdude and Kahn tourny) or simply with a vote cast for the winner with reasoning behind it?

Since the question I asked was about vehicles and torpedo-type stuff, not bullets and blasts, then lasers\electicity etc is fair game (seeing as Cyclops with his lightspeed eyebeams is not banned).

just overt equipment. lasers aren't affected by the ban.
