Frank blindfolded dodges a charging bull. I had to merge two panels together because the file was just too big for the entire scan. basically Frank dodges the first charge while blindfolded and the second time around, some hillbilly tells him to watch out from the back. That said, it doesn't take away the fact that while blindfolded Frank was able to not only evade the bull but also cut the ropes around his wrists with the bull's horns.

....and then, he rips off a plank and smashes it against the bull's head. KILLING it 😮‍💨

Frank's AMAZING damage soak
1) takes two .45 slugs to the chest
2) kevlar stops them but says he's got broken ribs and bones in his chest
3) ignores pain and starts to runs after the assailant across several blocks and stairs

6) not even KO'd and then...

8) but STILL manages to not only get up and run outside but also manages to shoot the assailant off the motorbike. and then.....

11) tackles the dude and foils his grand escape by shooting off his jetblasters

15) btw, that's jumps out the window while still shooting at the dude and I'm pretty sure he got hit by a few of those m16 rounds
16) lands on a car (with her on top of him, breaking her fall)
17) gets right back up and holds her hostage to escape 😮‍💨
18) runs some more down the sewers (not shown here)
19) and this is just ONE night in his life 💃

Frank's scars (just his back)

one of the biggest misconceptions is that Frank is just a brawler. Frank's h2h skills remains one of the MOST underrated on these forums. Here is a brief scuffle between Frank and US AGENT (someone who's more than held his own against Captain America himself)

clearly not only did Frank hold his own against him but he CLEARLY had the upperhand as well. Notice also how US AGENT is holding his jaw afterwards. and yes, Frank wasn't even fresh here at all.

Now, when it comes to Bullseye, lotta people here seem to think that Frank has no chance against this cat. Which is funny really, because about the ONLY time Bullseye ever had Frank at his mercy was in the ending of the ultra-PIS induced Bullseye vs Punisher oneshot.
I won't get into why that was such complete load of shit but the following are Frank's various encounters with Bullseye.

the very first encounter during Countdown. Notice how Bullseye has a super-powered tech suit, complete with bulletproof armor and stateoftheart weaponry...and had the drop on Frankie.
