Punisher capability thread.

Frank showing some great agility and reflexes as he evades gunfire from someone who *cough* never misses *cough*

Not only does Frank evade all the gunfire but he gets the drop on Bullseye and manages to overpower him briefly despite the suit. Note: at this point he was out of bullets, otherwise he'd have blown his brains out already. same applies for the initial draw between at the start of the fight. That's TWO for Frank.

Pummels Bullseye before getting swatted away because of his overpowered suit. Not fair 😐

It's also interesting to note that at this point Frank was not himself. AT ALL.

anyway, point remains that Frank (if he was pummeling him with the butt of the guns) could've just as easily shot his head off. and would've too.

Frank's second encounter with Bullseye. Another instant where Bullseye gets to walk away (relatively) unscathed because Frank wasn't himself at the time. To be fair though, Bullseye says he let Frank make it so far because he wanted to be sure. So let's give it to him. That's still 2-1, and that's all three times that Bullseye had the drop on Frank.

notice how Frank knows how to get under Bullseye's skin and can play all sorts of dirty games if he wants to...as he's shown time and again by pwning DareDevil himself on more than one occassion. I find it funny that cats think Frank can't beat Bullseye and yet Frank has gone toe-to-toe with the man who makes him into his weekly personal ***** (Matt) and even beaten him.

and finally...........THWOK! one punch knock down!

and in THIRD consecutive time, The Punisher could've ended this schmuk's life if he wanted to....just that he wasn't himself at the time. Call it CIS or PIS, but that's about all that saved Bullseye from being dead.

so he does the next best thing: cripples the so-called greatest assassin in Marvel Universe 😆

Damn, I've been looking for the Countdown Pun vs Bullseye fight. Careful though the second fight by Punisher vs Bullseye has already been posted.

Oh, btw, CANONICALLY, this is the first time Bullseye met Frank.
two things to know here:
1) this is from Bullseye's point of view and he even later comments that he made most of the stuff up
2) like always, he got the drop on Frank

anyway, EVEN IF, we count this as how this actually happened, this is far from conclusive win on Bullseye's part since:
1) he got the drop on Frank
2) Frank didn't know about his meta-human status at all
3) this was over before it even started

And finally, their latest mix-up in Bullseye VS Punisher oneshot. I'll just post the h2h fight they had because other than that, the whole oneshot is either Bullseye getting the drop on Frank or Frank turning to goo before Bullseye's massive jobberaura.

anyway, prior to this scene, Bullseye just fired an RPG at the building Frank was in and Frank's finally about to get his paws on him. Lets go!

For those who think Frank's got nothing on Bullseye in h2h....notice how quickly he's got him on the floor...even though Frank not only went through an RPG blast but just got stabbed in his dominant arm.

and lo and behold, not only is Bullseye down and out for a while but Frank could've shot him if he wanted to....only he's run out of ammo. That's the FOURTH time Frank could've killed Bullseye under normal circumstances.
