Blade likely loses due to Max's far superior physical attributes, but, as Rob said earlier:

That pretty much sums up Drake..and Blade defeated him!! The only thing Drake couldn't do was fly.

He killed Nomak by stabbing him in the heart with his broken sword.
He killed Drake,, well, the virus killed Drake.

there is no math to do.. it has been proven time and time again where speed does not give a character the win.. Blade is fast too so what makes you think Blade will let Max even touch him??

That single door-feat is greater than ripping a body apart. Mother-****ing chimpanzee can rip a human body apart, so by all accounts, Maximillion is as strong as a strong chimp.

And after Blade beat on Nomak, stabbed him, after Nomak took umpteen bullets, was Nomak affected?
Nope.
In the end, Nomak killed himself.
So yeah, Max's ability to get shot and giggle about it, his strength and speed (teleporting speed), he wins easily. Tell me, when Frost was FOOM FOOM FOOMING to Blade, did you see the reaction on Blades face when Frost was finally in his face? He was surprised. He didnt see Frost until Frost was right there. Max speeds around, emerges behind Blade, and rips off Blades head. End of story.

Blade can pound on Max all day, and Max will laugh it off. He felt no pain. Not even when shot in the chest, he LAUGHED about it.
No way Blade can win here. He has no anticoagulant, which might not even work on Max. Silver does not affect Max. Blade has no virus to use on Max.
The only way Blade can win here is if he decaps Max. With Max's SPEED, no way in hell that is happening. He couldn't decap Nomak, who is slow as molasses compared to Max. See?

I answered your question perfectly, you dolt. Doesn't matter if Max has zero martial arts skills, Blade has NOTHING to hurt Max with. Blade can punch and kick away all day and night, Max will LOL and rip Blade's head off.

Now, for those of us with an IQ above third grade level....The only way to kill Max is to use the wooden voodoo staff. Blade has no such staff. The only chance Blade has is decapping Max, and with Max's teleporting speed, not gonna happen. But IF Blade decaps Max, yeah, he wins.
Max even goes says "I've been stabbed, hanged, etc etc etc, but never shot." Odds are they tried to decap him before but it didn't work.
