At :34, he produces flames with his bare hands, then right after, he displays teleporting speed. At 8:21, more magic, and when Max is shot, he makes his CLOTHES regen:

I cannot remmeber but was it ever stated in any of the Blade films that magic hurts/kills him??

Nope, but the magic will at the least disorient Blade. Add in Max's porting speed and his ability to rip a man's head clean off, and well:

Not to mention that Max shatter a rear view mirror by simply blowing on it.
Here's what blade has to throw at Max:
Bullets: Max soaks up all the bullets and laughs.
H2H combat: Merely pisses Max off.
Stabbing Max: PLEASE.
IF Blade decaps him, Blade wins. But I have already proven that Max is no fool, he won't fight overzealous like Frost, it's not his style. FFS Max, when confronted by a stake wielding Justice, darkened the room with magic and disappeared.
Blade easily. His guns and sword are designed to destroy vampires!- he shoots them they disentegrate instantly. Maximillian won't be able to soak them up like he did in the alleyway.
Even his sword doesn't have to decapitate, just by watching parts of Blade you can see his sword clearly disentegrates limbs and even when he cuts them in half they die.
Okay, you say no allergy to silver but being a vampire hunter you think Blade would be able to improvise.
1. He has full auto fire with his machine gun so that would be difficult to dodge ( Max was over-confident against a mobster with a pistol) and this would at least knock him down for Blade to move in with his sword.
2. He has a shotgun which could either blow limbs off, knock him down or impale him to a wall which proved effective against Quinn. Then he could decapitate him at will.
3. Max's magic or speed isn't so great an edge if you consider that Blade's feats fighting other highly trained vampires in Blade 2 is far more impressive. Plus he could simply be able to gauge Max's location by smell and sound alone.
4. His sword skill negates any attempt by Max to get anywhere close to Blade or his head or limbs would come off instantly. If Max DID get his hands on Blade then Blade can fight him off with his martial arts skills and Blade would know a lot more moves to incapacitate him.
A big mis-match really even without the allergy to silver considering he has defeated hordes of weapon carrying vampires, an unarmed one is not going to be much trouble
1. Max can teleport.
2. Max can regen, faster than Logan.
3. Wrong. Max is faster than even La Magra, way faster.
4. Max just teleports behind Blade had rips his head off.
Face it, these are two different vampires from two different universes, and the ones in Max's world are uber compared to Blade's being soso. The only chance Blade has is decapping him, and that won't happen.
Both are vampire's so there is no ripping his head clean off like you suggest, Max did that to a human. If you have them at comparable strength which you have to to make this fight viable then there would be a struggle and Max has no hand-to-hand combat skills(or any really, he kills weak, untrained humans who are scared of him).
You say Blade can't decapitate him with his sword. Why not? Blade is fast, has good reaction skills and most importantly has faced supernatural opponents, so although he hasn't faced teleportation he has faced multiple enemies from all directions and come out on top.
Teleporting/Magic/Regen didn't save Max in the end did it?
Max was betrayed by the woman he loved. What defeated him was assuming she had gone all the way over.
Read the thread again, I have proven time and time again how Blade has no chance here. Not gonna repeat it. You choose not to accept it, that's your call. I'll say it one more time:
Blades bullets will have zero effect on Max.
Max is far too fast for Blade.
Max is stronger, he ripped a man apart in a coupla seconds.
Teleporting, dude, teleporting.
Magic.
Regen.
