Yeah I was about to say, CIS on Batman wouldn't even have to fight him. The GCPD would be enough to take CIS Rhino down.

I'd say they're about equal or Croc is a bit stronger since Tombstone has been billed as a mere Class 2 at times.

I dont even think sabre-tooth would make a good batman villain though I do think given the level the creator of the thread gave he bee the most dangerous on emotional level simply due to his methods.

though carnage and venom would be utterly handfuls and far more dangerous physically, but also they make rather shitty villains of his.

Lizard may be interesting or perhaps Puma.
