Lol so the Beyonder theory might be correct after all. It’s funny how they made Sentry a completely useless character. What’s the point in giving him that kind of power were he can pretty much never die and kill people via shattering their molecule they made it seem like he had better control than Molecule Man which is ridiculous and he is still learning.
I don’t see this Sentry thing ending to well if they plan on continuing him as a marvel earth hero that is.
Well, he could die if someone more powerful would face him. The problem is that there aren't many more powerful than Molecule Man and Sentry destroyed him with ease while being inexperienced.
Sentry stomps Superman with ridiculous ease.

LOL I thought this was funny. I went in to Google Image search and word for word typed in "Sentry gets his ass kicked" and this was the first image that showed up. I kid you not:Funny stuff aside, Superman should get a decent majority against the Sentry if we go by averaged out feats. If Sentry is constantly going to be at MM owning levels, than Kal may be in for an ass kicking.
By Averaged out feats... the Sentry can't be put down...anyone that tries, he always comes back within minutes... Blue marvel, collective, ultron, molecule man.
And he can't be bfred by superman where he can't come back...molecule man fly to the sun and back in minutes when he recycles people in the sun.
I can't see how that refers to any kind of a decent majority.

He also has very low end feats and has been put down before enough to constitute a KO. The problem with Sentry is that he's so sporadic in showings, probably due to his character. One comic he might get owned by Jim Hammond, another he wrecks Terrax, in one Punisher makes him look stupid, in another he's duking it out with Molecule Man. 😬 I just don't see how after a single comic in which he apparently defeats Molecule Man and is claimed to supposedly be more powerful than Wanda he's now assumed to be able to stomp virtually any and everyone.

I think its because people have been expecting something like this for a long time. Now that Marvel appears to have finally made the character live up to the hyperbole (ie stalemating Galactus, power of a million exploding suns, owning a herald, etc) its understandable if people assume this is how powerful the character was suppose to be from the beginning. 😬

forget about the wanda statement. that had more to do with how nuts she was then powerful...
and he destroyed someone that obliterated the entire dark avengers team like nothing...
look he can take any hit that superman gives out...
and can molecularly destroy him in an instant...
it explains how he was easily able to do things like destroy terrax's axe... its because he never knew HOW he was doing it before..
now he knows... like when he brought his wife back to life...
etc.
if he can shatter molecule man's atoms across space... a man that excels at matter manipulation... what the heck can superman do against him.
Originally posted by rotiartWhen he destroyed the axe it didnt really look like molecular manip, it looked like he just broke it using his strength. Either way at this point Sentry should stomp Superman, we'll have to wait until DA13 comes out where they promise to reveal some kind of secret about Sentry...

Honestly. Sentrys powers are great but only in energy based battles. Against physical opponents his powers become a nonfactor and only strength, stamina, speed and skill remain.
Though I could see him stalemating Galactus in an "energy" battle, I know him to "only" stalemate WWH in a real fight.
No offense but I wouldn't count on his more exotic powers in this fight, like I wouldn't take t-vo into account.
Though current Sentry would stomp Thanos (without TP).
Originally posted by Batman-PrimeI wouldnt call it exotic, that is how all his powers work, strength, flight etc its just he didnt know it himself, now he does and learnt how to control his and others molecules. If the guy can be turned into dust and reform within few seconds I dont see how Supes is gonna win this. Also it depends on how constantly Sentry will display his abilities in the future. If its forgotten in 3 issues its a different story. Also, what the hell is T-VO? Sounds like a porn channel.
