Sentry has speed also; I'm pretty sure he'll vibrate right along with Superman.
They pretty much shot themselves in the leg. They have 3 options:
1.Have him die.
2.Keep him on Earth under constant jobbing and if everybody was making fun of him when he was considered to be a Thor etc. level character, imagine now that he is more powerfull than Molecule Man.
3.Reveal him as the Beyonder or someone and have him go full cosmic.

And now, I will tell you what you're doing wrong so you can learn from it:
SamZED said that breaking Sentry's neck would not do it anymore. I said that on a forum battle, it would since magical ressurection will not happen here... it's pretty much the same as a KO.
What I didn't say was that Superman could do this, would do this, or should do this. What I said was that if Sentry gets his neck broken, he would lose one out of his ten matches in this fight.
