Galder makes a feint for Sankra's gun arm again, but instead ignites his red lightsaber to drive it through the hunter's stomach.

Spending a Fortune point to refresh Close Quarters Gunman, Sankra tries to throw himself clear while blasting away at you. The alternating pa-ping! of his gun scores a burn across your side for 5 damage before you rather suddenly run him through the gut.

"No..." he gasps.

Galder only grins, then withdraws the red lightsaber and proceeds to butcher the bounty hunter, chopping the gun out of his hands then dicing him up with a series of unnecessary slashes. Galder won't stop until Sankra is unrecognizable...

You achieve that rather easily. Sankra yelps a few times as you cut into him. After that, you vivisect him and he is silent.

You no longer have to worry about Snap Sankra coming after you. There will be other bounty hunters (there always are) but he was one of the more deadly ones, if not brighter.

That leaves you injured on the lower levels and no idea where Kuylen is. He is not going to be happy.

Galder is going to limp over to Sankra's bike and hop on. Can Galder get it running?

You can.

Galder will do that and start heading off in the direction that Kuylen was heading. Does Galder have an idea of where Kuylen went? I know he was going to visit the Hutts.

I know where he went, but Galder does not unless it comes up with his roll.

If Kuylen is visiting the Hutts, then he has likely gone to the Hutt residential district. You guide your newly acquired speederbike there, a series of palaces on the uppermost levels. The question now is which Hutt Kuylen is a familiar of. You have no idea.

I suppose Galder could look for Kuylen's speeder or ask if anyone saw the speeder come in. Is there anyone around the area?

And I could try (cringe) picking out which palace it is with the Force.

I laughed at the second suggestion.

There a few people around, and they can point you to the Palace of Shareth the Hutt, where a burning speeder crashed earlier!

Perfect! Galder will go there.

Does he know anything about Shareth?

Aside from the general Huttness of her, no.

You arrive at the tremendous front gate of Shareth's palace, where two guards are stationed. As you approach, they raise their guns warily.

Galder walks up.

"This is Shareth's place, yeah?" Galder says, looking around for any other guards or a sign of the burned up speeder. "I'm supposed to be meeting someone here."

"This is it," says the guard. "No visitors."

"Bullshit," Galder says. "I know my contact is in there."

"So? There are a lot of people in there."

"Great, even better," Galder snarls. "I need to get in there. I'm the bodyguard to Larios Kuylen. If you can't let me in, find someone who can or I'll bring your faces open."

"Look, you pissant," the first guard says. "Wander off so you can pout or I'll stick this blaster so far down your throat that you'll be shitting the exhaust."
