Well I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the Capcom side(with the possible exception of Red Arremer) turns out like that. Because the rest of them are either shoe-ins, semi-confirmed or rumored.
Frank West - Silhouette and it's been established that Capcom wants him in as many games as possible.
C.Viper - Silhouette and I can see Capcom wanting a SF4 rep as it was the game that brought SF back from the dead.
Haggar - From a classic Capcom game and was heavily requested by fans.
Strider - Nitsuma refuses to deconfirm him whenever asked about him. If he wasn't in I'd think he flat out say so like other characters that were deconfirmed.
Mega Man - Do I really need to explain this one?
Bison - Main SF villain and is iconic. Plus there was a comment Frank Tieri made about writing for the SF and RE villains.
It's the Marvel side we got to look at here. They're more difficult to predict. Storm and maybe Ms Marvel won't be that much of a suprise.
The list was also shot down by Kensk(Same guy who leaked the SSF4 roster and said that MVC3 was coming weeks before it was announced.) I'd much rather take his word than some random internet poster. And the guy who "leaked" it also said that starting in November we would get a reveal every week. Before today do we get any reveals this month?
And I find Shuma Gorath pretty unlikely. I know he was in previous vs games, but it's been said that characters who change shape a lot take up too much memory. The amount of space Shuma's transformations take would be the equivalent of TWO Darkstalkers characters
I'd be okay with the roster if it was like that (except for Howard the Duck and Red Arremer). Even though Kensk shot it down, it's just kind of strange that two characters in that pic (She-Hulk and Zero) are confirmed with a third one (Haggar) heavily rumored with evidence.
I am somewhat hoping that more reveals deconfirm it more but as of now, I'm keeping my eyes open on the connection between that pic and the reveals.
I wonder what her playstyle's like. I hope she doesn't have "chick staimina". I also would like it if Zero (I hate that guy) didn't play like his TVC version. 'Bored with that game.

Or, she'll end up like Thor and he seems to have to rely on assits to get in close, which is why I said, she can't have sissy stamina. She needs to be able to take a hit. If you think Trish, MODOK, or Mags is bad news; Morrigan will tear her to shreds. They say she's the best character so far.

Super Armor 4 command grabs and rush moves would B nice 2. So it's Btween Morrigan and Trish, eh? From what 'veI seen, Dante and Skrull had sum useful 100%s. Doubt they'll stay N the final product.

It would B cool if they can do sumthing 2 help the slower grappler characters Bcause the MVC series holds the title of fastest fighting games on the planet and there was no reason 4 the big guys 2 B there and B presented as they were. They were all but useless.
Give them "Xtreme" stamina and attack. Cause as it is N MVC2, they still did 2 little damage mainly do 2 them hardly being able 2 lay hands on U.
