There is that recent list that got leaked, but it's either BS or incomplete because it's missing Frank, A MM version and Thor.(who's confirmed). It also has Akuma when not only did they so there wouldn't be any shotos, but for him to get in over Bison wouldn't be right.
In case anyone doesn't know the plot:
Doctor Doom has assembled the greatest villains of the Marvel Universe and has joined forces with Albert Wesker in order to unite their respective universes in an effort to conquer both. However, this course of action awakens a great and powerful threat that could potentially destroy both worlds. It is up to the heroes of the Marvel and Capcom universes to put a stop to this evil before it is too late
My dream villain team is finally coming true.
I now hope that during the story mode, there will be cutscenes between fights that are cinematic and not portraits with letter boxes like in TvC. I also hope that the voice actors will say stuff in the cutscenes and not only during gameplay. This game needs to be as lively as it can be and Richard Waugh or D.C. Douglass better voice Wesker.

How is Wesker and Doom your dream team of villains when Wesker brings nothing to the table to help the team at all?

Other than having knowledge on how to make viruses that can threaten the world, nothing 😐 . He's even also useful in fights obviously. He moves so fast that you can see almost nothing but a blur, he's a bullet sponge, can dodge bullets with ease, has super strength (can pierce through a human body with just two fingers, can pick up missiles with one hand, and can punch through metal), has fighting moves that make him look like he's pulling off a Neo/Agent Smith-style, is extremely durable (can take a pile of girders falling on him, and can take RPG rounds to the face), and can practically swim in lava. If there's anyone in the Marvel-verse can par with, it'd have to be Spider-Man.
Uroborus was bad enough, can you imagine how bad it would be if Wesker came up with a new virus and had assistance from guys like Doctor Doom and MODOK? It would mean trouble for both Capcom and Marvel.

Well NemeSweetie Doom can do everything you said +99. He doesn't bring anything to the table to help Doom. Read a comic, this isn't really a bad ass team up since Doom completely overshadows him in every aspect. That being said, Wesker may provide more memorable quotes in the game.

NemeSweetie I'm not going to do this with you I'm just going to tell you simple things that Doom has done. Stole the Surfer's powers, created a time machine from scratch in the medieval times, he's a bad ass sorcerer and scientist. There's no real debate between the two, I was just trying to be cute and innocent earlier.

I just want to see Albert Wesker and Doctor Doom doing a team up and that stuff I said was to point out the things that can make Wesker useful. If you think I'm trying to say that Wesker >>> Doom, then holy crap are you misunderstanding big time. Wesker has a good head on his shoulders, he could come up with a plan Doom hasn't thought and this isn't me saying Wesker has better intelligence, I'm sure Doom is open for suggestions.
