When? The laughable Dark Phoenix scene in X3? 🙄 Marvel and Fox should truly be ashamed.

RoboCop wins.

I don't care how laughable it was, it's on screen evidence that he can take having his skin ripped off.

And in Origins, he and Sabes were put up against a firing squad when they defied orders, and they got shot on multiple occasions. Bullets won't stop him.

😐

Fox had everything to do with the disasters of the X3 and X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Personally, I give due credit to the inept writers.

Wolvie can, in fact, due to screen evidence, take a TK barrage of having his skin ripped off.

It still does not change the fact that ONE bullet stunned him for minutes in X2 by a human cop with sub-par firing skills.

Robo's targeting system would know how to stop Wolvie, IMO.

That's skin. I said:

Eyes, ears, groin, arteries, vessels, etc. Wolverine is screwed.

That's a part of it. But Fox is the ones who aim the film at children. First stage of epic failure. They're the ones who pressure the writers to include characters like Cyclops, Frost, Blob, and Gambit in Origins.

That mutant wasn't a cyborg with a high tech targeting system.
And Robo is slow on the draw, and even slower tracking a target. Wolvie is way too fast here, dude. By the time Robo's gun is out of his leg, he'll have a face full of adamantium.

Robo's two biggest strengths are the ability to deflect bullets and his targeting system. He's slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. C3PO is faster.

If Wolverine being KO'd for 15-20 seconds means a win, then yes, he has a good chance with a head-shot. Otherwise, Robocop has nothing to win here with.

Wait, didn't Zero cap him TWICE in the head, not just once?

(Not counting Origins, as it was shit and didn't follow the first three movies. Best to just forget about it, like that one time you paid for the skinny Asian hooker and she turned out ot be a lady-boy.)

-He was Ko'd (seemed like a considerable length if time) by Sabretooth whacking him with a large tree in X1

-He was KO'd (15-20, iirc) by a bullet in X2

Seems Wolverine can be KO'd if hit in the right place with enough force. Robocop has a gun, perfect aim, he could get that spot, butWolverine gets close, it's over for Robocop.

Though considering Robocop can't kill Wolverine if he manages to KO him, seems like a stupid fight to begin with.

Exactly. What's Robo gonna do when Logan keeps getting up, over and over again?

I f**king love Robocop.

But he loses here.

Robocop's only hope for a delay to his demise is continually stunning Logan with head/eye shots forcing him to recover......then when hes out of ammo, engage that jetpack and high tail it out of there.

'Else he's f***ed.

I think Robo is too slow, he'll have trouble even clearing his gun.

He drew in a second.
And has computer assisted tracking.

Look at the coke factory scene in the 1st movie. Also at the second with all that fancy richochet trajectory stuff.

Remember him deadeyeing that rapist's ballsack blind, through a dress in the first movie...?

Mhm. But it took a second or two for his leg to open and to draw. Plus he didn't actually track targets quickly. He was slow.

He tracked them real time...fast enough..?

A second.

And what if his gun is already out...?

(Every time Murphy anticipates danger, the gun comes out.)

They stood around like morons returning fire. He slowly rotated his arm to them and fired. Fact.

Unless they're very close to each other, Robocop will have time to draw his gun. It's not like Wolverine is a mad sprinter.

Amen.

If you haven't watched the director's cut of it, add it to your 'things to do before I'm dead' list.
