'Cause Robocop's gun is more powerful/rapid firing/insidiously more accurate in the hands of it's wielder than the ones Wolverine got taggged with that didn't knock him out.

KO, in these fights usually means KO or worse, no? It's a bit silly to require someone to have to hold themselves back to not kill their opponent by accident. It's also very unfair to characters who are much better at killing then...well traditional boxing or whatever.
I do agree though if it is just to the KO, and Robocop gets a shot like the policeman in X2 (for whatever reason that worked) he'd win by the rules of the thread. However in context with the other movies Wolverine has been in it is rather apparent that the knock out shot in X2 was an anomaly, doesn't generally happen when he gets shot at. So Robocop might have a chance to KO him, made better or worse depending on the actual initial set up. Say, if they start 2 feet away from each other and Robocop has his weapon holstered there's next to no chance, if they start a mile apart...it is much more likely

I added my view on the outcome to my post. But yeah, indeed, agreed. Wolverine is a bad fighter in vs. match ups anyways as you can make him quite beatable to immortal god depending on how you rate or view his healing factor.

Pretty much what all the pro-Robocop people have been saying. Given these [silly] circumstances, Robocop could win this thread.
The Wolverine fanboys/girls simply refuse to believe Wolverine is beatable, any conditions.
This is how it would go down, people:
Robocop sees Wolvie:
Wolvie sees Robo:
Robo tells Wolvie to identify himself:
Wolvie just looks at him:
Robocop tells Wolvie he is under arrest, and PLANS to draw and aim like so:
But Wolvie has already closed the gap between them and is right in Robo's face:
Wolvie goes ape shit:
And this is the end result:
Wolvie sits back and reads a book as Robo dies:
