USH'S GAME EPISODE IV- 'CHASE'- LIGHT SIDE AREA

Started by Ushgarak86 pages

Gundy and Xeth can tell you, Gundy has some of her team out on Belseraphon right now...

(ok thats cool)
(ps. im gonna ask gundy and xeth some questions that My character does not know, thislll make it a little more interesting methinks. is that ok?)

(Good idea, Celsius)

"Belseraphon? Belseraphon is a planet in the Outer Rim, Kosta. It's the home planet of the Miramar, who are hired assassins and warriors. Usually you can only afford to hire a group at a time, but Kuylen seemed to have hired a small army just to get rid of us on Malastare."

"Is that what you were being held hostage for? So the Miramar would work for Kuylen whether they liked it or not?"

(that was actually the idea, that those two would fill you in)

Latara nods.

"Well, once they find out that WE have you and we return you to them, they'll probably be nicer to us," Xeth says with a chuckle. "Maybe we should contact Lance."

"Anyways, we've saved you from Kuylen, so I guess you have nothing to fear, unless you hate the Jedi or something like that. We'll return you to Belseraphon once we are done with our mission. Understood?"

Latara, still rather weak, just nods again.

*realizing he could not get a fix on their signals he had an idea and he reentered the docking bay and wnet to Gundarks ship. Easily gaining access due to his Jedi background he used the computer to find the other frequencies...then he contacted them via compuet comlink*

Master Gundark, Any Jedi out there? Do you read, I rerpeat do you read?

Whoa there! Hold your horses, buddy boy! Because at the docking bay to Gundy's hip, you find your way barred by... another docking official! All very legitimately bribed by Xeth to not let anyone near his ship!

"I am sorry, sir," says the official. "Can't let you in there..."

*speaks with the official, tellling him of the other man whom he spoke with.* Im sure your supervisor would love to hear how you let a person whose involvement in current events could save your planet from the jedi leave your planet. I suggest you learn your place and let me by or I will make you life very difficult, do you understand me. I did not travel all this way to stop the jedi so some idiot docking contorller could nag me whilst I try and perform my business. Step aside! *sounds threatning, not physically but more so that he has the power to make this man lose his job*

"Wait a minute Xeth. If this Kuylen character finds out that we have Latara, then we DO have something to fear. I suggest that we get out of here as soon as possible, and find a safer place to continue this conversation"

*Kosta looks around checkind that no one was there*

Nah, no-one here right now.

-

"I don't make politics my business," says the docking official. "Frankly, I don't care if you are the Supreme Chancellor here to stop the mighty conflagration; unless you are working for the Hutts- which you aint- I've been paid commission to keep this ship safe and I am not breaking that without sufficent renumeration..."

(its still a good idea to head to a safer location methinks)

It's certainly not a BAD idea.

-He smiled a bit at the mans insolence, then he turned and walked away. He walked around the docking bay, climbimg several ladders until he was high up, at which point he could see Gundarks ship. -

(Im planning on jumping, behind the gaurd so he can see me. If he tries to turn around i will use the force to knock him over, thus giving me ample time ot hide behind gundarks ship ok?)

Ok, but this bay is full of security cameras. It is worth noting that, as a Jedi, it would not be proper for you to take violent action against those simply following the rules and laws of their planet; this man IS the person in whom power is vested here, and the Hutts are not official enemies of the Republic.

(so then how the heck am i supposed to get around them then. )

Easiest way is to pay him ('renumeration'😉 but that will take all your remaining cash. Other ways? Heck... you really don't know much about planets like this...

(mind trick?)

Scum on the street, yeah, but these 'docking officials' are actually Hutt agents put there to hustle the spaceport users and it is very hard to make them think they do not want a bribe. More to the point, Vincent is a Swordsman and no good at the mind trick.

(Oh, then hes in a pickel, Iwouldnt go waisting your money, unless there is absolutely no other way)
